I’m wondering if there’s a way to edit the affiliate link so that it goes to specific product pages. There are people that want affiliate links for specific products we sell, and when someone clicks on the image of our product, I want it to bring them to the product page, not the homepage of our site.
Thanks!
Yes you can do that, have a look at Affiliate Links – you can use the url attribute to link to any page on your site. The same holds for banners, see Affiliate Banners.
Wondering about the best way to go.
Using S2member Member Pro with Ecwid cart solution for my WordPress site, which Solution will be better Ecwid Integration or s2Member Integration?
To have referrals created for subscriptions and sales through Ecwid both integrations are need.
Hello.
I have installed the basic affiliate plugin and Jigoshop, but my store is not live yet. Once sales are tracked through the affiliate url, how do affiliates receive their commission (paypal, check, coupon, store credit, etc…)? Do you have a screenshot for this part of the affiliate process? Thanks!
On Affiliates you have the Referrals view that provides amounts due to affiliates for individual transactions, on Affiliates Pro you have that as well plus a Totals section which can generate a mass payment file for PayPal and other uses.
Thank you for the quick response. Okay, am I correct when I say it sounds like you’re saying there is no payment option for commissions generated in the Affiliate plugin? If this is the case, how do we credit the affiliate? I guess the best way to figure all this out is to create an affiliate account and do a ‘dummy’ purchase through the affiliate url, right?
Thank you!
Just installed Affiliates…Question: Once I have an affiliate sign up and a link from them goes to my site how will I know if they bought anything? And for how much?
I would recommend to install one of the free integrations and try it out
Also have a look at the documentation.
When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!
Hi,
in footer emails there is a “Manage your subscriptions” link.
