I’m planning to setup an affiliate network that follows a 4×10 Forced Matrix. From what I understand, you can cover the x10 part of the matrix by setting the level of tiers to 10. But I can’t seem to find the option to set the 4 of the matrix. Can you point me in the right direction?

Forced matrices are not supported by Affiliates plugins. With multi-tier levels you will get a matrix but not a forced matrix though.
I will though propose this feature and see if it can be added to a future release of the plugin.
