Using through Ecwid cart and wordpress – I have Affiliates Ecwid Integration plugin and Affiliates Enterprise
Hi,
Upgrade to Affiliate Enterprise – But adding per affiliate referral rate and it shows a duplicate affiliate showing on Manage Affiliates
Now I have set general referral at 0.20 BUT when I add – attribute of 0.15 referral rate per affiliate – it lists duplicates of the affiliate in “Manage Affiliates”
When I delete the “attribute 0.15 referral rate” it then returns to showing them only once. This is also confirmed on the “Affiliates Overview” screen as having 2 affiliates.
Also both “Visits & Referrals” and “Affiliates & Referrals” filter pages are not working they show no results at anytime.

It worked before it was only when upgraded to Enterprise – i tested the upgrade on another website and the very same happened.
I am not able to send mail to the email address support at itthinx dot com as specified, it bounces back

You can try reinstalling Affiliates plugin and Affiliates Ecwid integration, of course without checking the option “Delete all plugin data on deactivation” in order to keep your affiliates data intact.
If you still don’t see statistics under “Visits & Referrals” and “Affiliates & Referrals”, enable debugging and also provide us admin access to your site by sending the credentials and a link to this topic, to support at itthinx dot com.

I’ve deleted the plug in re-installed all the plugins but and re added the users and the same thing is happening with statistics under “Visits & Referrals” and “Affiliates & Referrals”,
As for the duplication it is still showing when I add a separate referral rate per affiliate.

For both “Visits & Referrals” and “Affiliates & Referrals” it shows “There are no results.” no matter what filter I try. This was OK when it was in Affiliates Pro and only since I upgraded to Enterprise this has happened. I did also remove an Ecwid light plug-in which had been there since last year, if that makes any difference.
The “Statistics Summary” does show but it also shows the duplicates.

The issue with duplicate records rendered has been reported and it will be resolved asap.
As for “Visits & Referrals” and “Affiliates & Referrals” issue not showing results, do you have any records, meaning any referrals? Or it doesn’t show any results at all, not even visits or hits?
