Adding Captcha to registration form only

Greetings, I installed Affiliates Enterprise for my client and we’re getting a ton of registration spam.
I saw that that that CAPTCHA plugin is mentioned in your useful plugins section.
But I didn’t see anything about how to add it to the registration form.
Did I miss it in the documentation?
Please advise on how to activate the CAPTCHA for Affiliate registration.

Thanks.

    Greetings,
I wanted to see if there’s any progress on the CAPTCHA.
I’m getting loads of spam sign ups.

    Much thx!

I too would like to see this – I’ve purchased and installed Affiliates Pro and we’re starting to get SPAM immediately after installing it (within a couple of hours).

I am using the plugin Really Simple Captcha because it works well with Contact From 7, which I’m also using for Affiliates Pro

I assume the CAPTCHA plugin from your Recommended Plugins page. http://www.itthinx.com/useful-plugins/

Or, I don’t mind using reCAPTCHA from Google, either. https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/

    Either one is fine. Thanks!

Thanks, I’ll prepare an example based on one of them and follow up here.

    Thanks. I saw those previously.
But I still don’t understand how to implement the captcha.
I don’t understand how those filters work with the captcha plugin recommended.
I don’t mind paying for support if I need to.
    Please advise.

    Thx!

Which plugin would you like to use for CAPTCHAs please? We can create an example here which would be useful for others who want to use it as well. Unless it really involves customized coding, which I suppose not, there’s no need to pay extra for that.

    Hi,

There are two filters provided for this purpose:

    affiliates_captcha_get and affiliates_captcha_validate

See the Filters section in the documentation for details on these please.
