With the plugin we’ve added a few affiliates which set a certain url (ex. ?partners=1).Per affiliate we’ve set an attribute of a referral rate of 10%.
When this url is entered the customer is logged as a visitor but the actual sale isn’t linked to the affiliate.
We can see the affiliate cookie is set, and kept through the entire process so we don’t think that’s the problem. You can see / try it yourself at: https://www.fitshe.com/?partners=1

so did I buy the wrong plugin for woocommerce? I’ve installed the itthinx update plugin but I have the same issue when I want to install the woocommerce integration.

No, it’s the correct one. Simply follow the instructions http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/setup/settings/integrations/ to install the integration plugin. The integration must be installed as outlined there.

you haven’t installed the woocommerce Integration. In Affiliates->Settings:Integrations you can se how to activate this integration. Install “itthinx update plugin” and Woocommerce Intgeration.
