Hello I use an installation of Affiliate Pro and Ecwid. When I make a purchase on the shop with an affiliate id visits are counted correctly, but not the order that is always attributed to Direct. I have the version 2.6.0 and the configuration of Ecwid is correct, the test of Ion always successful. How can you help?
The only difference compared to a standard installation of Ecwid is that I use the widget of the products on the pages of wordpress.

Do you have the light integration or the integration that comes with Pro installed? Also make sure that the ION endpoint URL is the one pointing to the integration for Pro and not to the light integration (there is a slight difference in the URLs).
