We have integrated affiliate-pro plugin for WooCommerce in our website and are making sample purchases using PayPal Sandbox. We have configured both referral URL and coupon methods.
While setting the commission method as ‘Referral Amount’ the commission is captured properly. But when setting commission method as referral rate (set as 0.10) commission is always captured as 0.00 for all currencies.
Please help us solve the issue.

Thanks for the immediate reply. Our commission system is not working accordingly. Its calculation based on the Cart Subtotal(without discount).Here is actual payment done by us
Cart Subtotal: C$39.99
Shipping: C$3.99 via Royal Mail – International Standard (5-7 days)
Order Discount: -C$8.00
Order Total: C$35.98
we are getting commission as 15.99 CAD when the percentage is set as 40%. It should have been 12.79 CAD

Hi Robert,
you can try to enable ‘Enable product referral rates’ in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration and set here 0.10 as default value. Then select ‘Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates’ in Affiliates->Settings:Commissions.

Thank You very much now its working for us .I have another query Commission percentage is calculating based on the actual price of the product.But we need to calculate commission percentage of the final price after all discount(after applying coupon. If 100% coupon is applied referral rate should be 0.00).Do we have any way to do so??>please ASAP

The commissions are based on net order amounts, excluding taxes, shipping and discounts.

the commissions are based on net price. Eg:
Product Price: $100
Shipping: $20
Discount: $50
—- Total to pay: $70
So commission is based on this $70 (product price – shipping – disounts)
