Hi, I have new affiliates who have registered using https://juzcit.com.au/affiliate-area/ however once logged in, they cannot access their affiliate information. I have set the registration settings to “Allow affiliate registration” and “active”. Can you please point me in the right direction as to why they are not able to log in?

Please make sure that you allow registrations on your site, under Settings > General.
