I’ve looked around in the forum for a solution without any luck and so I’m posting here (also sent to antonio email, but I think this could be useful for all).
I’m using Affiliates Pro, Woo Commerce integration and Affiliates Products.
THE PROBLEM:
I’m not seeing conversions on affiliate orders.
This is the test I made:
1. Signed up for affiliate
2. In Incognito window, selected product and made purchase.
Payment gone through, I OK the order from the order dashboard in Woocommerce
3. Looking at the “affiliates & referrals” tab I see that there’s been hits to the affiliate link but no recorded referral.
I’ve setup with Affiliates_WC_Method like in this post https://www.itthinx.com/topic/referrals-are-not-being-captured-on-sales/ and are getting the same result. not recording sales.

answered by email. It seems a problem with Kiarma that doesn’t use the normal Woocommerce system.
You could try to use the ‘normal’ woocommerce system, because all your another settings seem correct.

I checked the “allow auto-referrals” option and ran another test.
No luck.
The Cookie? Are you referring to this part in the URL? –› ?affiliates=13
If so, then Yes.
Maybe you could have a look at the settings?

Please check if the cookie is created with the affiliate’s id.
If you are testing with the same user as the affiliate, please check if you have selected the ‘Allow auto-referrals’ option from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals.
If the problem persists you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic and I’ll have a look at your settings.
