Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Update Error

Posted in

The Auto Update for the WooCommerce Integration plugin for Affiliates Pro keeps showing the following error:

An error occurred while updating Affiliates WooCommerce Integration: Update package not available..

I am updating everything else without any issues on my blog, but this problem has been persistent since the Update Nag was first seen.

Please fix this.

Thanks.

Mike

I’m having an issue with the Affiliate WooCommerce Integration upgrade. It says I need to upgrade from 1.35 to 1.4.1

Hi Jason, please update manually to the latest 1.4.1 and the automatic update will work fine from then on.

Hi Ruth, once you have 1.4.1 installed that should work fine.

Yes. I was able to do the update by downloading the ZIP file here and then uploading it. I have 2 sites with it implemented, same problem on both sites despite having the service key entered.

Ok thanks, with 1.4.1 that should be solved.

I am still having exactly the same problem but all of my other updates work fine, including WP4.0.

I also have the most recent previous version. The error message is always the same:

An error occurred while updating Affiliates WooCommerce Integration: Update package not available.

That would indicate to me that the update is not available on the server the code thinks it should be on.

    Hi,
Seems similar thing is happening on me.
Please let me know how to update “Affiliates WooCommerce Integration” ver 1.3.2 to 1.3.4.
    I cannot find update file.

    Currently,
    WP 3.5.2
    WooCommerce ver2.0.12
    Affiliates Pro ver2.4.0
    are already installed.

    Thank you.

Hi there, the integration plugin is in the package you can access in the Downloads section. You can do the update in two ways: 1 – deactivate and delete the current integration plugin then upload and activate the new one, or extract the contents of the plugin zip and upload them to the wp-content/plugins folder on your site.

I downloaded the update and installed it. I also used auto update for my theme from WooThemes and W3 Total Cache. They updated without any issues. Your plugin still wouldn’t update before I simply used FTP to update. Might have been a small glitch. We will see what happens on the next update. I don’t want to lose any functionality waiting to see what the issue is. I have a very active site.

I’m glad it works for you now, maybe there is some incompatibility with another plugin.
      cheers
