When in this page http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=affiliates-admin-settings&section=integrations I click the button “Install” with this link http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=install-plugin&plugin=affiliates-woocommerce&_wpnonce=0066c729e0
I have this error

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Hi Daniela,

    Everything seems to work fine with the installer. I had to activate Affiliates Pro to test it. I’ve installed two extensions without activating them: Affiliates Pay per Click and the AddToAny integration.

    It seems any issue you had on the site to install has been resolved.

    Cheers

      Hi Daniela,

      Please forward a link to your site and admin credentials to support at itthinx dot com so we can have a look. Please leave debugging enabled, i.e. in your wp-config.php make sure to have these lines:

      define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
      define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

      Also, do you have a staging / testing site on the same server which we can use alternatively?

      Cheers

    Hi daniela,

    As @antonio mentioned in this topic there can be several reasons for this error.
    Make sure:
    1. You have enough space in your server.
    2. Your wp-content folder is writable (go to dashboard Appearance->editor and check if you can modify any file)
    3. If any security plugins filter the download process. You can try to disable these plugins.
    4. To enable debugging to see if there are any error messages showing up in the debug.log when you try to install the integration. When you have logged the error, send debug.log and dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com.
    Also don’t forget to include a link to this post.

    Kind regards,
    George
