I purchase Pro version a couple of weeks ago but only installing it today.
I’m following the Installation Instructions. However, having issues installing the Pro program.
1. I clicked on Affliates Pro in my download section and I receive an error message:
“C:\Users\Owners\Downloads|affiliate-pro-2.7.1 (1).zip
Application not found”
2. In WordPress, I went to Plugins>Add New>Browse and typed each of the following separately and none of them produced Affiliates Pro in the list:
affiliates-pro-x.y.z.zip
affiliates-pro-2.7.1.zip
affiliates-pro-2.7.1(1).zip
affiliates pro
What am I doing wrong? Has something changed since I purchased it?
Hello, Sorry, to ask here I did not see a place to submit a new ticket. Today I purchased Affiliates Pro then realized I need “Tiers” so I purchased Affiliates Enterprises. Did I need to purchase both? Enterprises would not work unless I deactivated Pro so it seems like I did not need Pro but may have double ordered. If I did double order, may I get a refund? To clarify, after I installed Enterprise I received an error message something like this when I clicked on the TIERS tab, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access Tiers”. After I deactivated Pro then Tiers worked fine. So I would like to keep Enterprises, I’m just wondering if I needed to pay for Pro too in addition to Enterprise? Because it seems like Enterprise has everything Pro has only more. Thanks again.

you only need Affiliates Enterprise, you can delete pro version.

“Application not found” is caused because you try to open the .zip file, please only download the file in a folder.
When you have the file then go to Plugins->Add New->Upload plugin and select the file.
This should work fine.

Thanks Antonio. I was in Chrome and it always automatically opens attachments – never giving an option to save first. So I downloaded the file in Internet Explorer. Both plugins now in WP.
However, it does display a message “Please install the itthinx updates plugin to enable automatic updates for your plugins by itthinx.”
I was under the impression that the automatic updates applies to the free version only and the Pro version will require manual updates – or has it changed recently?
