Can’t activate Groups Restrict Categories

Service Unavailable

PHP did not respond properly to the request. As a result, Apache considers the PHP-FPM service to be unavailable.

I get this when trying to activate the plugin.
Let me know if you need the log.

Any suggestions?

For specific information about the error, see the Apache error log at:

/srv/users/SYSUSER/log/APPNAME/APPNAME_apache.error.log
The root cause of this error is often slow PHP code. You should disable any plugins the app is using and check the app’s PHP error log and PHP slow request log located at:

/srv/users/SYSUSER/log/APPNAME/APPNAME_phpX.Y.error.log
/srv/users/SYSUSER/log/APPNAME/APPNAME_phpX.Y.slow.log

    Hi Jaime,

You can send the error log to me at george [at] itthinx [dot] com.
In the meantime you can try these suggestions which might help:

If you have access, try to restart PHP service.

Have a look at the log, if you get a message like “Out of memory…”, your server is probably running out memory. In this case you should upgrade your server.

Disable all your plugins and activate one by one until you reach the one that is causing the error.

Try these and please let me know.

    Kind regards,
    George
