I see what you mean, i will try to improve the output.
Is there any missing fields you want to have included in this report? Apart from reference though, because since it is not used, it will not contain any data.
Also, this plugin is a custom implementation, so it can not be implemented in the core functionality of Affiliates plugin ( at least for the moment ), so the report will be exported through the extra menu item under Affiliates>Affiliates export.
Once i have this modified, i will notify you here with a comment.

Once you have installed Affiliates Export Referrals, please visit Affiliates>Affiliates Export to export the list of your referrals.

Não conseguimos alterar a funçao no arquivo ‘class-affiliatesexport.php’ para fazer funcionar o campo reference.
Exatamente o que queremos é exportar o arquivo pelo TOTALS. Ok, Instalamos o plugin do affiliates export.

Hi Leandro,
As @Antonio mentioned on your previous topic the reference field is not used automatically by WooCommerce Integration. Related to the sale you can find the order id.
Did you try @Antonio’s plugin for exporting Referrals? You can modify it and get customer name from order id that is stored in the referral.
