I am not providing any commission for referrer user registration. Therefore, it’s set at 0 and Accepted.
The issue is it is skewing the customer data when they are looking at their Accepted Commission on their orders.
Is there any way to disable this from appearing / counting?
I primarily just want the data to be removed from the Graph.

You can use either all options or just one, so by using the “render” attribute, you can simply create more than one graphs to display different types of data.
But since you don’t want to display stats for affiliates, you only need Affiliates WooCommerce Views for both of your requests. Yes you can still download it from github.

I’ve formatted all of the shortcodes myself, so its not regarding this. It is actually what data it is displaying. I just don’t want to display the JOIN as Accepted in the Graph [affiliates_affiliate_graph]
Ideally, I don’t want to display the JOIN in the [affiliates_affiliate_stats] either.
The people who referrer during the user registration is 0, so there is no use showing this information in their data. Instead, I just want it to show their WooCommerce Affiliate Commissions.
I’m also having an error with the links on the Post coming from the [affiliates_affiliate_stats] shortcode. It redirects to a link like : ?post_type=shop_order&p=495 but that always bring me to 404 Page. Unless this leads somewhere useful, I’d just want to disable this linking.

If i got right what you want to do, you can comment or delete the shortcodes that are added by default in Affiliates Area page that are like [affiliates_referrals show="total" ....] which display the total earnings by currency. Also, remove shortcode [affiliates_earnings].

You can also go to Affiliates>User Registration and set Referral Status to closed, although it is not recommended.
