Do refunds from affiliate sales get calculated in affiliates pro? E.g. If my affiliate has 5 referrals that bought from my site but 2 of those people got a refund does that amount get deducted from my affiliates commision? Do I need to do something in settings to make sure this happens?

Do you also know where I can see visits from my affiliate (from their referrals)? – I know there’s a chart under ‘affiliates overview’ but it doesn’t seem to be showing visits in the chart and then below in the statistics summary it shows an overall number of views (which is highly inaccurate) but doesn’t show which views came from which affiliate referral.
(How can attach a snapshot so you can see what it looks like on my end?)

the chart in Affiliates->Affiliates shows the hits. You can see more details in Affiliates->Visits & Referrals.
If you need to show hits and visits in the frontend, please have a look to advanced shortcodes documentation page.

Hi Leeat,
if you are using the Woocommerce Integration, you can select to synchronize referral status with order status on Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration.
So if order is refunded then the referral changes to ‘Rejected’.
