Hi Andi, you must use the built-in notifications which is where the tokens are supposed to be used. The tokens will not work if you use another plugin to send the messages.

Affiliate login redirection doesn’t work. Its only redirect to the /wp-login.php. I try to redirect with this code [affiliates_login_redirect redirect_url="https://www.domainname.com/lost-password/"] but it doesn’t work too. Please your support.

The shortcode looks ok. Can you provide a link to the page where you are using this please?

Please check it.. http://mirocell.com/affiliate-area/ I use woocommerce page to input lost password. I need affiliate have another page to input lost password or change password (not by woocommerce page). So the shortcode for lost passsword/change password page would be great for affiliate self.

          Hi,
you could create another page e.g. with Better User Shortcodes plugin.
          thanks for the feedback.

    Hi kento,
Thanks for the answer. My notification settings are:
    – Notify the site administrator: checked. Accepted is checked and Pending is checked.
    – Notify the affiliates : checked. Accepted is checked and Pending is checked.

      Hi Andi,

Thanks for the details on the settings. Which integration are you using please? It may be possible that it’s one that doesn’t support notifications on status updates. Another possibility is that some of the notifications end up in the spam/junk folder when the email is received, have you also checked that?

What settings are you using under Affiliates > Notifications please?

Regarding the password, do you want to render the login form? You can use [affiliates_login_redirect] and on failed attempt the “Lost your password?” option is available.

Email notification not sent when I change the status from pending to accept in wp-admin/admin.php?page=affiliates-admin-referrals. But I see it change now in plugin update, no “set” button again. Yeah its working only when I edit first the referral.

“Set” button is removed in new version (2.7.0).
Accurate editing the referral can change the status.
        cheers
