I have 2500 users in various groups, but all exports are only restricted to 20 records. Other export plugins are able to export the entire set. I’m not getting any timeout errors, and the server has plenty of memory.
Is the export is able to export expiry dates for subscriptions? I was unable to find any reference to this the documentation.

Hi Jack,
Please make sure that you don’t restrict the users to be exported, to only the first 20 ids or that you didn’t set specific groups to be exported on the Choose Groups field above that.
Also, using the id range fields, try to export your users in specific ranges.
For example, first export from id 1 to id 1000 and then from id 1001 to id 2000 etc.
