you can not implement in a mass plugin button paypal pay type that I enclose
in this way, administrators can choose to payout individually or for bands such as 5 10 15 at a time
in doing so paid ones go through the signature accepted and others pending

From Affiliates->Totals section you have available a ‘Mass Payment File’ button, so you can generate a mass paypal file.
