We are partnering with a company that is recruiting multiple affiliates. We would love to be able to have one user (our partner) access their account that represents multiple affiliate accounts. Is that possible to do? Each affiliate would need their own account for tracking and it would be monitored under one user (tied to one email). Or is that possible to do from the administrative level by creating a unique membership role for them in our site?

Sorry, but you should create a user account per affiliate.
Each affiliate account should be tied with a user account, so that each affiliate can access the affiliate area page( or any other affiliate page you create) and get info about affiliate links, banners, coupons and statistics.
