Multiple Contact Form 7’s in Use with Affiliate Pro

Posted in

Hi Guys,

How is it possible to have multiple contact form 7’s in use with affiliate Pro plugin and getting the notifications?

We have 4 different contact us forms on our website. Chinese, Russian, Thai and English.

Some of the shortcodes used will be the same like [your-email] & [your-name] but i have also added [text xxx] & [tel xxx] shortcodes which are different on each form.

Each contact form for each language will be using different email addresses too.

What i need is.

The email being sent to the email address assigned to the contact form

A notification email of referral being sent to the websites email address ie. investments@newnordicpattaya.com

A notification email being sent to the affiliate who pushed the referral onto the site which lead to them using the contact form and sending us an email/enquiry

Is this all possible?

Also, can i change the length of time the browser remembers the affiliate code within the plugin settings or not?

    Thanks Antonio,

I think i have resolved it now but think you may have misunderstood my initial problem.

I had 4 contact forms. But they were not all using the generic shortrcodes like [your-email] and [your-name]. They also had individual [text-477], [text-34],[text-2], [text-54] for example.

When it comes to configuring the notification settings in the affiliate pro settings only one set of shortcodes can be used.

This is my set of shortcodes for the notifications

    From: [your-name] [text-406]
    Email: [your-email]
    Phone: [tel-778]
    Message Body:
    [your-message]

The issue was that only one of my contact forms would be using this set as the others had different [text] and [te] numbers

Im not sure if what ive done is the best approach and they have not all been tested yet but what i did was to duplicate the contact form which used these shortcodes 4 times and have just changed the email address the mail goes to.

Thanks for letting me know about the cookies. Ill take a look now.

    Thanks for your time,

    Ben

    Hi Ben,
In Affiliates->Contact Form 7 you can select the form that generate commission and/or if you want to exclude any contact form.
From Affiliates->Notifications you can configurate the notification emails. But it’s the same when a referral is generated. In this submenu you can enable to send a notification to the admin website email when a referral is created ( here you can set: investments@newnordicpattaya.com )
If you want to change the timeout of the cookies, you can set it in Affiliates->Settings:Referrals.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
