Your Affiliates plugin version is outdated.
In case you missed it, you should install Itthinx Updates plugin. There you can use your license key and be notified once there is an update available, if your license key is still active.

Hello the version I have is 2.15.0 I bought it over 1 year ago and the Affiliates by Username plugin a few days ago, I do not use that version?

Please make sure that Affiliates and Affiliates by Username plugins are up-to-date. The latest versions for Affiliates Pro/Enterprise is 2.16.6 and for Affiliates by Username is 2.1.1.
Also, enable debugging and post here if there are any entries related with Affiliates or Affiliates by Username plugins.
To enable debugging go to your installation folder and edit your wp-config.php file.
Replace the following line:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
After that, add a file named debug.log in your wp-content folder.
