Orders Not Showing Up

Posted in

Hello!

I’m not sure what I’m not doing correctly. I am using Affiliates Pro with Woocommerce Subscriptions. When I go to the “Referrals” page, I cannot see orders put through my system after December 5th of last year. Even the recurring payments from a subscription that started on that date, that I credited to an affiliate, are not showing.

I’m really stumped here. Does this have to do with where/how my referral rates are set?

Thanks!

I did a little testing. Single product referrals seem to work. Still have to test out the subscriptions. It’s just the Direct referrals aren’t showing up. Maybe I misunderstood. I thought all orders show up and then you get to decide if it it was a direct order or give it to a referral? Does an order not show up at all if it just a regular purchase, through google search for example?

      Hi Jennifer,
in Affiliates->settings:Referrals you can enable ‘Direct’ as affiliate. If this option is enabled, whenever a referral is suggested and no affiliate is attributable to it, the referral will be attributed to Direct.
‘Direct’ is similar to a special affiliate, that get referrals when there isn’t affiliate associated (e.g. when the user come from a google search)
      Regards

Ok found it! It goes from August 11, 2014 to December 5, 2014 only.

So referrals was not created. You can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll have a look to settings (please indicate this topic in the email).
      Thanks!

I cleared the filter and nothing changed. I looked in my database and I see the wp_(many numbers & letters)_aff_referrals. Should I be looking for something further in the database?

      Thanks Jennifer.
In your database do you have referrals previous to December 5th of last year?

    Hi Jennifer,
please be sure your filter is clean (in Affiliates->Referrals)
Also you can check if your referrals exist in your database (wp_aff_referrals table)
    Thanks!
