    Hey George,

I installed it and everything. But for some reason on the referrals and totals section, it is still giving them 40%. Even after you changed it to 20% it is still showing 40%.

    Sure Brian,

I have sent it to you by mail.
After installing the integration, enable Product rates under Affiliates>WooCommerce Integration.
Also there you will find instructions on how to set the Referral amount method.
You can set the commission rate for all your products there, or you can set it per product if you edit your product. In Products-edit product, under Product data, click on Affiliates option and set the desired rate for that product.

    Kind regards,
    George

Ok I tried to install it from the integration area and it gave me this error:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Is it possible to get the download so I can upload it? Also, for future references, how do I edit the commissions? BEcause I could have sworn that I did it right before.

    Hi Brian,

You can find it in your site’s Dashboard. The list with available integrations is under Affiliates>Settings>Integrations.

    Kind regards,
    George

In my downloads section, I only have affiliates pro, affiliates by username and affiliates export.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for giving me access to your site.

I’ve noticed that under Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light, you have set the referral rate to 0.4. This is why your referral commissions are higher than expected.

Also, you can install Affiliates WooCommerce Integration(it has more features than the light version) for free through Affiliates>Settings>Integrations, after removing Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Louie,

I think it’s better for me to have a look at your configuration. If it’s a live site, please take a full backup of your files and database and then send admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.

    Kind regards,
    George

Hey George. Everything seems to be fine on my end. I do not know why it is still doing this.

    Hi Louie,

Product rates can be set in your Affiliates Integration with your e-commerce system, ie Affiliates WooCommerce Integration if you are using WooCommerce, or on each product individually under Product>Edit Product.
Also, please make sure to check that you haven’t set an attribute of referral rate for your affiliate. This can be checked under Affiliates>Manage Affiliates, edit the affiliate and check his/her attributes.

    Cheers

Yes on the settings section its 0.20 for the referral rate. What do you mean by have a look at the product rates?

  14. George June 23, 2016 at 5:37 pm #

    Hi Louie,

Please review your settings, in case you have set an attribute of referral rate to the affiliate you used.
Also, have a look at the product rates in case you use 30% there as commission for your affiliates.

If these won’t help you, please let me know.

    Kind regards,
    George
