s2Member to wooCommerce Affilates Pro

Posted in

Hi,

I’ve finally converted from s2Member (which used paypal Standard) to woocCommerce which uses reference transactions. All my premium members are in the appropriate groups. Affiliates Pro is working flawlessly recognizing and crediting new woocommerce subscriptions. My question is how do I get affiliates pro to recognize the recurring payments from the old paypal standard that were created using s2Member without giving them the haste of recreating a premium membership?

There is a problem in my custom method if you don’t set the amount in the product page, probably this was the problem.

Thank you so much, you are always so helpful. Is there a way to create a new manual subscription that goes into effect without any action from my subscribers? Basically, may I replace the existing recurring payment profiles with new billing agreements using the authorization they provided when the initiated their membership?

        Hi Jerry,
you could try this : https://docs.woothemes.com/document/subscriptions/add-or-modify-a-subscription/
Please share if this process works fine.
        Kind Regards,

I’m getting there. I’ve created a free monthly subscription. When I assign the free membership to one of my premium referrals they are not notified although a monthly order is created. I’ve set a custom value to be 9.99. The affiliate compensation tracks $9.99 when the subscription value is $29.97 just like it should, however when the free subscription creates the monthly order of 0.00 no affiliate earning is logged. Is there a way to log affiliate compensation of 9.99 even though the subscription value is $0.00?

            Hi Jerry,
please share your subscription settings, your Affiliates->Settings:Commissions and your Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration settings.
            Thanks,
            Antonio B.

              Antonio,
              Thanks for your prompt reply.
Affiliates->Settings:Commissions is set to Referral Amount Method -> ACE::products_amount (the referral rate is set to 9.99 on the product->affiliate page)

in Affiliates->Woocommerce all of the boxes are ticked, the “The referrals related to the order will automatically be marked as accepted, unless they are closed'” radio button is selected and the default rate is set to 9.99
