Tracking Affiliates through a contact form lead

Hello,

I’ve purchased your product but I don’t think it can do what I want it to do and I’m unhappy about that.

Please can you help me? This is what I need to get done….

I want affiliates to publish links to my site, but I want the banner, once its clicked to bring the new customer to a form on my website. The form is obviously then emailed to me, but how do I know which affiliate the form came from when I receive it?

I can’t find information on that, please help 🙂
