Never said a thing about upgrading to Enterprise. I just bought PRO and I want to upgrade pro to 5 license. And even when I try to buy individual license for pro keeps trying to apply a coupon renewal. When I don’t want a renewal.
Sorry, I had misunderstood.
Probably a renewal coupon is applied automatically. Only one coupon can be applied.
You could try to remove any coupon is this is yet applied and/or create a new order with another user account.

If you want to upgrade from Pro to Enterprise, you can use the coupon: ‘pro2enterprise’ (you can not apply both coupons together)
