User Registration CAPTCHA Integration – Shortcode Examples

We have your Affiliates ReCAPTCHA plugin installed and the keys are populated. We assumed that the CAPTCHA field would now appear on the user registration form. It doesn’t.

Is there something we need to add to the [affiliates_registration] shortcode, or to the field list in the Settings > Registration > Affiliate Registration Form field list?

Or, is there PHP code that needs to be added somewhere in your plugin? (If it’s code, can you supply it so that we can get this running? — We only want the CAPTCHA on the registration form.
