This is an ongoing situation in my Affiliates Enterprise system. I have opened another topic here in this forum which to my knowledge has never been approved.
I am still having the same issues and I need to get this resolved.
When a subscription payment goes through for their subsequent orders the system is ‘awarding’ the same commission for all tiers as it did for the referring affiliate.
I have submitted numerous emails and screen shots..
Please I need this resolved as February 28th many subscriptions will be going through.
Also as a side note: I used to allow people to change their subscriptions. When I did that (they were changed) the next payment that went through was not recorded at all. (referrals)
