New extensions for Affiliates (Ho ho ho)

December is here at last! And a good bunch of new extensions for the Affiliates plugins brings useful tools to shop owners, so that your Xmas sales can get a pretty boost thanks to your business partners.

Talking about a bunch, after so many requests for a generic multi-tier solution have been received, Affiliates Enterprise is now available with support for unlimited tiers and rate-based commissions. It also comes with all currently supported extensions and during this happy month, it’s available at a discount – it’s a steal 🙂

So here’s what’s new:

More coming up soon!

Hi, I uploaded affiliates pro and its up on my site, however I can’t seem to find a section to add banners and links? Can you advise me on this? Thanks in advance

    Hi,

I was wondering if you could explain what you mean by “multiple tiers.” I am not clear on YOUR meaning on multiple tiers. Here is what I need, so perhaps you can tell me if this is what it does or not…

    Edited: long description, see here

So, is this possible with your tiered system or can this be done with the lesser Affiliate Pro or none of the above?

You are referring to progressive commission rates and this would require a customized implementation. OOTB you can assign rates by level with Affiliates Enterprise but not based on the sales amount as in your example.

    A couple of questions.

The video page and the product comparision page doesn’t yet talk about enterprise. Is the only difference the unlimited pyramid levels of affiliates?

I don’t understand the concept behind the products addon. If I am already running woocommerce, what does this do for me? Sorry, it just isn’t clicking with me.

    Finally:
Is there any vs. where instead of creating a specific link for my affiliates, they can simply enter their domain name, and then any referral from that domain would then gain the affiliate commission?

*Obviously they would have to somehow verify they own the domain, like uploading a script to the root folder of the site, otherwise everyone will own facebook*

Having full domain name referrals would make a few of my projects I am working on so much easier than relying upon specific affiliate urls.

The idea being that a user registers on my WordPress site, and with affiliates pro/enterprise already installed, if they enter their own website url, then that could be used as their affiliate link.

Cool, so I guess this will be the next version after Affiliates Pro : 2.2.4 right?

Hi Kento, any news on the ‘adding referals manually’ feature we spoke about a month or so ago?

    Best wishes,

    Bruce

      Hi Bruce,
Yes it will most probably be included with the next release which is due in a few days (probably this week even if tests conclude).
      All the best 🙂
