Plugin install failed?
If you are trying to install a downloaded file that is not a plugin, you will get an error message like this:
Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed.
In this case, you either have downloaded a package or the downloaded file is corrupt. Try to unzip the downloaded file, as it can be a package that contains the plugin or plugins to install and installation instructions. If that fails, try to download the file again.
