3rd party cart capability

I am moving our new audio product from our WooCommerce cart to Fastspring.

Can you provide a tracking code that would support a 3rd party cart? i.e. javascript or image pixel type implementation for 3rd party carts?

Is there a chance it is as simple as us including some javascript on the thank you page that would allow them to track back to Affiliates Pro? I want to avoid having to change our existing Affiliates Pro affiliates over to another system.

This is an urgent issue for us as orders are picking up.
