Add an affiliate manually to another affiliate

Hey there,

1. please how can I add an affiliate manually below another affiliate?

2. It is possible to change the rates of an affiliate, if his customers buy a lot? It means a rate from 1 to 50 purchases, a higher rate from 50 to 100 purchases, higher from 100 to 200 and so on.. ??

Thank you, cheers!

    Hi Kento..

    1. I think I miss anything, cause it is not possible to adjust a refferer below manage affiliates -> Edit. Here is another short video to show it to you… : )

      Thanks Bruno,

On the screen you show when editing the affiliate there is a whole section missing related to the Enterprise version. This is most probably due to missing files in the installation, that could have happened because of a file permission issue when the Enterprise version was installed or when files have been copied manually. Please make a full backup of the site, then make sure that you do not have the option to delete data on deactivation enabled under Affiliates > Options, then deactivate and delete the plugin, check that the complete folder wp-content/plugins/affiliates-enterprise has been deleted and download a fresh copy and install it.

When you edit an affiliate, you should see the additional section where the referrer can be indicated. Please let me know if you don’t see it after doing the above.

    Hi Bruno,

Regarding question #1, yes you can do that – go to Affiliates > Manage Affiliates and click the edit symbol for the affiliate which you would like to place below another affiliate. You will see there is a Referrer section where you can choose the affiliate’s referrer, i.e. the affiliate above the one you are editing.

For #2 you can also do that, see this section in the documentation please.

    Cheers
