Affiliate doesn’t get the commission set in rates

I have installed affiliate-enterprise and woocommerce integration.
I have also set a new test product on woocommerce and updated the affilliates->rates to be “rates”
Next thing I did was create rate for the test product I have created.
Sayin tier 1 gets $15 and tier 2 gets $5.

I have made the purchase and the woocommerce plugin has been updated and it shows I have a sale.
However, the commission are not being shown in the affiliates area.
I can see that a sale has been made by the affiliate whom link I took but it says that there is a “0” commission on it.
How come?

How can I fix it?

Picture showing how I set the rates: https://imgur.com/NGpuYe1
picture showing the sale has been captured by affilaite-enterprise plugin with 0 commission: https://imgur.com/2icfFLJ
If you think its not the same product then you can see that when I click the product link on the referrals section I get this order information and the product I chose is connected to it.: https://imgur.com/jaJ2i12

Thanks in advance!

oh – so you mean if the default level isn’t configured then all the other level won’t be calculated at all?
ok then – I will test it now when I have set it as you said.

thanks and I will let you know if it worked

It needs to have a number, otherwise the system won’t be able to calculate a commission.
Please also have a look at the documentation on this, it’s pretty self-explanatory.

    Kind regards,
    George

ok btw – but still when I put level 1 and level 2 then when I made the purchase through George in your example then Oren should have been payed 15 ILS right?
    and it still shows 0…
    how come?

Oh ok so to leave it default is with no number at all right?
And this is the regular commission right?

    Thanks!

    Hi Oren,

You are missing a default rate.
So far you have set rates for tier levels but not for the referring affiliate. Also, have a look at the example on how to set the default rate in the documentation.
    For example:
Oren refers George and George refers Adam.
If Adam refers a new sale,
    1) Adam will get the commission based on the default rate
    2) George will get the commission based on level 1 rate
    3) Oren will get the commission based on level 2 rate

    Kind regards,
    George
