Hi Support,

We purchased Affiliate Enterprise plugin for 25 sites on August ,2015. Is this plugin a one time purchase or we have to renew yearly?

Hi Suresh,
“Each purchased download includes one year of access to downloads, support and updates. During this period, you will be able to access the file(s) in the Downloads section and receive support as outlined on the Support page. After this period, you will still be able to use the product(s) on your site, but in order to continue to access updates and use the premium support facilities, you need to renew your license(s). You are advised to download products immediately upon purchase and keep a backup, you will not be able to download products after this period unless you renew your access.”

Affiliates Enterprise license renewals are at a 50% discount. The discount is applied automatically for existing customers.
