My client would like a method for affiliates to request a payout, we’re using this plugin on our WordPress site (http://bettermornings.com/affiliates-area/) how can I achieve this? I’ve checked the documentation and it seemed like it’s not for this plugin.
Is there any method that the affiliate who is to be paid can request payment without the administrators choosing a time?

Yup that’s the link. It’s the class that handles totals for affiliates. That’s the reason i mentioned that you can make your own implementation, it requires custom coding because as you have already noticed, the custom payout is not one of the plugins functions.
