I ‘ve installed both plugins as required if i would like to give commissions per product sold. I installed the Pro first and then i installed the products. After doing both i loaded banners, enter commissions per product etc. and made the affiliate link live on my website.
It looks as if every thing works as far as tracking etc. but the one thing it doesn’t do and it says it is a feature is sending a new user name email for log in. This is doesn’t happen whether i do it manually on back end or or sign up from website directly the affiliate never receives an email. What could be the problem if any on your end? Please HELP 🙂

Probably there is a conflict with another plugin or the theme. you can try to:
1.- Enable debugging for WordPress, in wp-config.php add/change these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
2.- Try to register a new affiliate from the affiliate-area on frontend.
3. Disable debugging
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, false );
4. Please post the contents of the file wp-content/debug.log through pastebin.com or send us to support at itthinx dot com
If not error appears then you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll have a look to your settings (please indicate this topic in the email).
