I am running an affiliate program on my website with the help of pay-per-click integration of the Affiliate Pro plugin. I am using this for deriving traffic; I want to give my affiliates INR 85 for every 100 visits/clicks they bring. I have saved the pay-per-click parameter as Amount = 85, Currency = INR, Frequency = 100, and Type = Clicks. I have set each affiliate with pay-per-click integration in the “Rates” section. Now some affiliate brought 100 clicks. So, I want to see an update of his earnings in my dashboard, and affiliates can see earnings on his dashboard, but I cannot find or see the earnings of affiliates. And also in the “visit & referral” section, what does the “Hits” option mean? And how does the ratio work in this section? I have enable pay-per-click.

Hi Pavan,
Welcome back to our support forum.
According to your ticket description, the setup sounds to be good, but what about the rate Type and Value used for each affiliate?
If the Type is Amount, then the referring affiliate will get a commission equal to this amount. Also, if the Type is Rate, then the referring affiliate will get a commission equal to the rate’s Value multiplied by the Amount set in Pay Per Click settings. In both cases and when the rate Amount is zero, then the referral will grant a 0 commission to the referring affiliate.
Each time you make a test, I would recommend you to check the Affiliates > Referrals section to find out further details on the referral recorded.
Regarding the Hits, Visits and Ratio found in Affiliates > Visits & Referrals, Hits are the clicks on the affiliate’s link, Visits are the clicks grouped by IP and Ratio is referrals/visits.
