   Thanks for providing access.

   I’ve checked your website and noticed that the affiliate cookie is not stored in the browser which in turn prevents Affiliates plugin to record a referral.

   Please check the troubleshooting section in case you are using any of these tools like Varnish cache or your site is hosted by BlueHost.
   Also, have a look at your hosting service and if necessary ask their support in case they are blocking cookies and keep me posted.

   Hi,

   I would also recommend you to check your debug.log for any issues recorded. If it’s not enabled, then you can do so with the following actions.
   Edit your wp-config.php file and
   replace this line: 

   define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

   with these lines:

   define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
   define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
   define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

   Would it also be possible to have a look at your setup? You may send us temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.

   Hi Jatuporn,

   Please make sure that Affiliates WooCommerce integration is installed and activated. Go to Affiliates > Settings and under Integrations tab install WooCommerce.
   Also, make sure that you have set a commission rate for your affiliates. Go to Affiliates > Settings and under Commissions tab set a method and a value. I would recommend you to choose Rates and then create at least a general rate under Affiliates > Rates. You may check all the details on Rates in the documentation.
