Hi.. I experienced the same problem again with the affiliate registration shortcode when i used this in my page.. i used page builder by site origin.. and the registration did not show the details to be filled up by users (e.g. first name, last name and others).. please help thanks..

Try adding your shortcode(s) in a SiteOrigin Editor widget. So after creating a new page, add a SiteOrigin Editor widget and add the content there as you normally would do in a simple page.
