affiliate sign up – agree to terms link (extra fields addon) => change link?

Hi, thanks for taking a sec.
Where do I go to change the agree to terms for the sign up page for affiliates?( I have the extra fields plugin installed)
It’s currently going to the wrong page…

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
