We’re using Affiliate Enterprise on starfishproject.com and we’re using the Affiliates by username add-on as well. All of the plug-ins are up to date.
What seems to be happening is when going through an advocate link like www.starfishproject.com/?advocate=bterui is that after adding an item to the cart and then checking out the referral is not being recorded. This is happening on both mobile and desktop. I was able to get a transaction to go through and record a referral when using https://starfishproject.com/?advocate=509, which is the same referral above just not using the username, in Chrome.
In addition we are using a short code to show the Affiliate’s name in the header, if you follow the above link you’ll see your advocate of hope is Brittany Terui, and in Chrome this is working fine or seems to be. But if you do the same is safari it’ll show up on the homepage and then after adding something to your cart and then going to the cart it disappears so it seems something is happening and not recording the referral.
It seems no transactions are recording referrals on mobile and some on desktop.

This has been solved.
It was a caching issue. We added the cookie to the cache exclusion list and everything seems to be working fine now.
