Our website currently has a popup to capture emails and offer a coupon to people who arrive on our website.
How do we integrate this feature with the affiliate URL ?
It’s ignoring the affiliate URL for the order placed and putting it into the default Direct affiliate

Can you please share some more details on how do you wish to integrate the affiliate URL to your popup window? At first glance these two are not related since a visitor will come to your website using an affiliate link and doesn’t need to use that link again.
Regarding referrals granted to the Direct affiliate, what is the cookie value when you visit an affiliate link? Please try the following:
1. Open your Dashboard in a browser ie Chrome, and copy an affiliate link.
2. Open another browser, ie Firefox, and paste the affiliate link.
3. Inspect the recently opened page in Firefox and go to Storage tab where the cookies are listed.
Can you see the correct affiliate id stored for cookie named wp_affiliates?
