Affiliate as publisher is very easy by using Affiliates Pro. How can I use this Plugin with an exiting external affiliate-network as advertiser?
I place my products as advertiser in an external affiliate-network. Other shops will put my products on their site by using an affiliate-link like (http://affiliate-domain.com/aff_c?offer_id=178&partner-id=c9d7e…).
When the customer is buying a product in my shop, the affiliate-network must have to know this using a tracking-pixel integrated in the Thank-You page like this:
How can I do this or is there a affiliate-plugin for this? I has to replace SUB-ID with the order-id and AMOUNT with € xxx of the order. And next, this pixel should only placed on the page when the referal-link contains “http://affiliate-domain.com”.
One way to consider this would be to integrate external referrals using the system’s API. The external site would need to allow to notify your site when referrals are granted and pass along the appropriate data. This can then be used to record a referral on the site where the affiliate system is running. It would really be a customized solution that would have to be designed and coded to interact appropriately with the third-party solution.
The API documentation section can give an idea of what a developer could require to achieve this.
