After the Sign in of an affiliate, in the “Affiliate” section of the website, it indicates that the Registered Affiliates are NOT currently an Affiliate member, even though they are logging into the system using their “email address” and “password” they set up? This is the actual wording on the website shown below after our Affiliate Logs In:
“This is the affiliates section of this store. You are not currently an affiliate of this store. If you wish to become one, please apply.”
Please let me know if any additional information is needed?? Our Affiliates are not able to log into the back end of the system to see their personal analysis.

Maybe your user is a WordPress user, but not an affiliate.
Please give us your affiliate-area page, so we can test it.

That’s true that you need lo reload the ‘affiliate-login’ page and this message is not displayed.
