Is there anyone that can point me to a direction where or how i set up this
Affiliate (registered and approved) . – buys something from a woocommerce shop after registration – the purchase is approved by shop manager – a 3 level tier comission is calclulated and sent “upwards” from the new affiliate.
I have all installed and affiliates and products is set and approved. Did a test affiliate on 3rd level from (1 st . – direct) and the 2 levels above did not recieve any comission according to the RATES set.
What am i missing ? or have misconfigured…

Thanks for providing access.
There are a few things worth mentioning though. The links to your email don’t go to the sites indicated but to a different link. I visited this https://thequantumleap.org, reset the password, logged in but the Affiliates plugin is not installed or I don’t have administrator privileges.
Can you please have a look?

Hi Patrik,
Please have a look at the affiliate who made the purchase and check his referring affiliate, ie the affiliate who referred that affiliate. If the referring affiliate got the commission set for the “general” rate then it’s normal. If on the other he didn’t get that commission then it’s better for me to have a look at your settings.
Please send me temp admin access to your site, by forwarding these credentials to george@itthinx.com. Also, don’t forget to mention the topic title in the mail subject.
