We just added cloud flare to our web setup as well as some other server changes. Now, when new affiliates sign up, they get the email and we can see them as affiliates in the dashboard, but when they login to the affiliate area it looks as if they are just a normal user and the affiliate login fields disappear and no protected affiliate information or charts are shown.
PLEASE help ASAP as we need this to be working for a major sale in less than three days. Thanks so much;-)
P.S. Glad to send an email with an admin login and an older and newer affiliate login so you can see the difference.

The warning you get seems to be related to an incorrect installation of the caching plugin. Have a look at this thread please http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-super-cache-errors-in-the-header
