I have set up one of my Affiliates with a discount coupon that is available on his account. He had a client of his use the discount code and the order went through fine, but it hasn’t registered as a referral from the particular affiliate – in his account it still says “number of referrals = 0”
I have added the coupon to his referral account as an affiliate attribute as per your documentation, but is there something I am missing here?
I want to roll the affiliate program with the use of coupons out on a wider scale, can you help me to fix the issue so that I and the affiliate can see the number of orders they have referred when a coupon is used?

Hi Kym,
The coupon you have created is example10 (obviously changed 😉 ) but the code that is registered for the affiliate is EXAMPLE10 – case matters and the code won’t be recognized as long as it doesn’t match the definition of the coupon code.
Solution: Under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates edit the affiliate and change the coupon code to the lower case version so that it matches the definition of the coupon.
