Well, we are really satisfied using your “Affiliate Enterprice”. Thank you for doing this. But we have a question concerning with affiliate program. The problem is that the affiliate member can’t see the item which the customer had bought through their links. For instance, when we enter the affiliate member part “Affiliate Area>Referral> Date/ Amount/ Status/ Item/”. Under the Item, there isn’t show any product names. What should I do to appear the item names?

In order to get the referral for that affiliate, the purchase has to be made using that affiliate’s link. If there isn’t any entry in the Affiliate Area -> Referral, then it would mean the referral wasn’t recorded for that affiliate.
In order to make sure the referral is shown there, please verify that the purchase was made after using an affiliate link.
