Bad purchase – desired request could not be implemented.

We bought affiliate products and can not solve our problem. Can we return it? For that we would buy the Affiliate Pro.
Is it possible that customers with Affiliate Link get a different price than customers without affiliate link.
What is required to implement this?

    Hi,

The easiest way to implement this would be to use coupons for affiliates( a feature of Affiliates Pro plugin ) if you run your affiliate program with WooCommerce. You can set coupons in your store and assign each of them per affiliate.
For example whenever there is a purchase using coupon1 which is assigned to affiliate Bill, the customer will get a discount according to coupon1 and Bill will get a commission. If you prefer these coupons to be added to WooCommerce automatically and assigned to your affiliates automatically, then Affiliates Coupons addon would be very useful.

Otherwise, this requires a custom implementation that will check each new referral recorded and if there is an order involved in the referral apply a discount to the respective order.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hello George!
Thank you for your prompt reply.
    I think I misunderstood something.
We have now purchased Affiliate Pro for Woocommerce and Woocommerce integration as well. The vouchers are assigned to the respective affiliate and the commissions are also calculated. The customer must manually enter the voucher for redemption.

Can the voucher be redeemed automatically when using the Affilate Link?
The optimum would be if the price around the voucher is displayed favorably.
Example: Product A costs EUR 10.00 for customers without affiliate link.
For customers who come via an affiliate link, the product costs EUR 8.00.
    Thanks for your help.

    You are welcome.

That would require a custom implementation.
You need to get the affiliate id from the cookie, check if there are coupons set for that affiliate, and apply them in the order.
If you are familiar with PHP you can find the necessary tools to implement it in the plugin API. Otherwise, please let me know so that I can further assist you.

    Cheers,
    George

    Hi,

Please also have a look at the addon Affiliates-WooCoupons that applies Woocommerce coupon automatically if you are referred by an affiliate that has a coupon assigned. Perhaps this is what you are looking for.
You can download the zip file and install the plugin as you would with any other plugin.

    Cheers,
    George

    Hello George!
Thanks for your answers and ideas. We have installed the addon Affiliates WooCoupons.
Unfortunately, the voucher in the shopping cart and in the cash register is not displayed. We use Woocommerce version 3.4.3 and the theme Flatsome version 3.6.0.
What can I do for the addon to work?
    Thank you!

    Hi,

Once Affiliates WooCoupons is installed and activated, if there is a coupon attributed to the referring affiliate and the coupon exists in WooCommerce, then it will be applied automatically in the cart.
Can you please grant me access to your site? You can send temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.

    Cheers,
    George

    Hi Bernhard,

    Thanks for providing access.
I have added myself as affiliate and enabled the option to Apply the normal affiliate routine for guests in Affiliates Permanent. That way the coupon will be applied for new customers.

Please have a look yourself and let me know.

    Cheers,
    George
